5月13-17日， 中国知网（CNKI）代表先后拜访了马来西亚15家院校及机构，并针对各机构用户的不同需求进行了吾喜杂志、侨家e书坊、华文作文库、中小学协同备课与分类教学平台、中国医院知识总库、中医药系列知识服务平台、中医针灸在线、电子图书库等产品的演示及培训，同时详细解答了用户在使用过程中遇到的问题和困惑。此次拜访和培训加深了各机构对CNKI的了解，同时也获取了有效的用户反馈，为进一步开拓马来西亚市场奠定了良好的基础。
On May 13-17, CNKI visited 15 universities and institutions in Malaysia, and conducted demonstrations and trainings on Wuxi Magazine, Qiaojia E-books, Chinese Composition Library, Lesson Preparation and Classified Teaching Platform for Primary and Middle schools, China Hospital Knowledge Database (CHKD), TCM Knowledge Service Platform (TCMD), China Acu-Moxi Online and CNKI-eBooks according to different needs of the users. At the same time, they answered in detail the problems users encountered during use. The visit and training deepened exchanges of CNKI and Malaysian institutions, helping CNKI to obtain effective feedback from the users and laying a good foundation for further cooperation.
